I just received the cover for my upcoming July release and I. LOVE. IT!!!!

Doesn't it just grab you? It did me! I've been making magnets, stickers and I even printed up a 5x7 to frame--of course I print all my covers and frame them so I guess that's not such a big deal...What? Don't all authors do that? LOL
Anyway, here's the blurb for Betraying Chase:
Chase Willet is a DEA agent working from the St. Louis office. He is in the process of destroying the business of a high dealing drug lord, Ramiro Gonzalo Sancho Rivera. They’ve already put a large chunk in the import train, but it’s not enough. They have to take out Rivera to stop the line.
Brandy Montgomery is a red head that swept Chase off his feet. She’s sexy, smart and has a secret. Brandy is a hired gun for Rivera. She’s spending time softening Chase up so that he won’t be prepared for the kill.
The problem with Brandy’s plan is that the more time she spends with Chase, the more she falls for him. How can she do her job if she’s in love with the man?
When Chase finds out what she’s really up to he feels completely betrayed. Brandy offers to help Chase take down Rivera. Can Chase trust her? Would you?
Well, guess I better boogy. I've got to get some editing done and dive into the next book.
Hugz!

I don't think I've ever seen the Arch on a book cover before (at least not a fiction book). How cool!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteCassandra,
ReplyDeleteShe actually has is on two now that I know of. The other one is her Callye's Justice that I have added to the side bar. : )
It is kinda cool though to see a symbol of our state on a book cover that isn't nonfiction.
Michelle
Hi!
ReplyDeleteSorry I didn't comment sooner Cassandra. Michelle is correct this is my second book with the Arch. It was actually one thing I insisted on. It was only fitting since my DEA agents work from the St. Louis field office.
The final book in the series hasn't been completed but once it is there's going to be trouble with ideas for the book. Even though our hero/heroine are from St. Louis, the book is set in Hawaii...But that concern is for a later date. It hasn't been written or contracted so...LOL
Hugz all!
