Michelle Houston's Embracing the Leopard is now out!

Michelle Houston has a new release out!

Available from Phaze --

Animal Attraction: Embracing The Leopard

M/M
Shifter
IR

Born of leopard shifter parents, Erik had always known his feelings for other men weren't natural for his kind. Caught between two worlds, his desires for another man and his animal within, he has chosen to be alone rather than surround himself with what he cannot have.

Then Brandon comes into his life, and he discovers a whole new way of looking at things, and of embracing both halves of his nature.

The previous Animal Attraction books are:
Taming the Wolf

Gay werewolves just didn’t happen naturally. Ben had accepted that he would quite possibly live the rest of his life alone. Then one day Nathan, another rogue-made werewolf, turns up on his doorstep and he finds that maybe there is a mate for him after all, if he can teach the younger man how to tame his inner wolf.

Upcoming:
Unleashing the Jaguar -- August 10th

I'm so excited!

And I just can't hide it!
I just received the cover for my upcoming July release and I. LOVE. IT!!!!

Doesn't it just grab you? It did me! I've been making magnets, stickers and I even printed up a 5x7 to frame--of course I print all my covers and frame them so I guess that's not such a big deal...What? Don't all authors do that? LOL

Anyway, here's the blurb for Betraying Chase:

Chase Willet is a DEA agent working from the St. Louis office. He is in the process of destroying the business of a high dealing drug lord, Ramiro Gonzalo Sancho Rivera. They’ve already put a large chunk in the import train, but it’s not enough. They have to take out Rivera to stop the line.

Brandy Montgomery is a red head that swept Chase off his feet. She’s sexy, smart and has a secret. Brandy is a hired gun for Rivera. She’s spending time softening Chase up so that he won’t be prepared for the kill.

The problem with Brandy’s plan is that the more time she spends with Chase, the more she falls for him. How can she do her job if she’s in love with the man?

When Chase finds out what she’s really up to he feels completely betrayed. Brandy offers to help Chase take down Rivera. Can Chase trust her? Would you?

Well, guess I better boogy. I've got to get some editing done and dive into the next book.

Hugz!

Jae's Introduction

Hello! My name is Jae Knight and I am from a swiftly growing small town in Missouri about an hour or so from St. Louis. I've lived here practically all of my life (for twenty four of my twenty five years). I write erotic romance, mostly of the paranormal persuasion. I've always been a sucker for the things that go bump in the night...

The first two novels of my paranormal series, "From the Shadows" and "Surrender to the Night," are available now from Phaze Books. I've also had short stories in "Coming Together: At Last" and "Coming Together: Al Fresco."

I'm looking forward to being a part of this group and meeting my fellow Missouri authors.

Gravefully,

Cassandra Gold waves hello!

Hi everyone! I'm Cassandra Gold. I hail from a little town in Missouri less than an hour from St. Louis. I've lived in Missouri all my life, and one thing I've learned is that the old saying "If you don't like Missouri weather, wait a few minutes and it'll change" is 100% true. The last couple of weeks of a hot day followed by cold/rain/gloomy (and then another hot day) have certainly made it hard to decide what to wear to work every morning!

In my "real life" I am a middle school teacher. I spend all day trying to get kids to read, write, and study. Good times, lol.

What else do I do? Well, I love to read. I also watch too much TV, play video games, and am addicted to superhero movies.

On nights and weekends, and during the summer, I write m/m erotic romance. I like to write paranormal and contemporary stories, and one day I hope to write a romantic suspense or a historical.

I'm glad to be joining this blog, and I'm very excited to meet other Missouri authors and readers from all over. :)

Please allow me to introduce myself

Huh...I don't care for the Rolling Stones but each time I hear/use that phrase I hear that song play in my head...
Anyway…

My name is Donica Covey and most of my life has been lived in Missouri. (Minus summers in Arkansas, a couple of years in Oklahoma and fifteen in Wisconsin.) Actually, in the same little town. Well, not so little any more! This town has boomed in the past ten years.

A few years ago, I’d be asked where I live and would have to explain in relation to St. Louis. Now, thanks to last week’s historic visit, the entire country and indeed most of the world has at least heard of Arnold.

I, along with my hubby, teenaged daughter and neurotic Cairn terrier, live five minutes from my parents, my son and his wife and baby girl and maternal grandmother. Various aunts, uncles and cousins are all scattered within an hour’s drive from our place.

I’m a Mom and Mom-the-prequel… (I refuse to say the G-word so I’m the Elisi to a beautiful baby girl. My son and his wife brought her into my world a little over a year ago). When not writing, reading or watching television I’m out playing with Alyx, riding my ATVs or hiking.

I write romantic suspense, paranormal romantic comedy and fantasy romance. In July, I’ll be celebrating the release of my tenth novel in five years. Number eleven follows swiftly in November.

I have always dreamed of being a writer. Indeed, by third grade I knew that I was going to be a best selling, award-winning author when I grew up. I’m honored, thrilled and pleased to say that thanks to my many readers, I’ve accomplished those dreams and I’m still going strong.

I’m so excited to be here! I look forward to spending time getting to know all of you!
